About Caribbean Beach Properties

In 2002, Jeff Hughes began managing a handful of beachfront condos in Playa del Carmen. His reputation as a friendly, honest, and hardworking property manager quickly spread. In 2004, Jeff formed Caribbean Beach Properties and took on a partner, Chris Martin, a long-time resident in Mexico. In the years since, Caribbean Beach Properties has added dozens of properties to their business, and currently manage over 50 properties in Playa del Carmen and Cozumel. In 2006 Ashley Sartison joined CBP and has quickly built a fine reputation in Cozumel for our premium property management services.






Caribbean Beach Properties staffs over 20 employees and takes care of some of the finest beachfront property in Playa del Carmen and Cozumel. They have developed a strong reputation in the communities as honest and reliable.  Caribbean Beach Properties strives to improve the quality of their services every day.

Mission Statement

Caribbean Beach Properties strives each day to provide their clients with efficient, flexible, honest and continually-improving service so that our clients and their guests can fully enjoy their paradise home, minimizing hassle and maximizing satisfaction. This is accomplished by the creation, implementation, supervision and adaptation of systems whose sole purpose is to allow our clients to get the most out of their investment property.

Staff

As of March, 2008, the CBP staff consisted of over 30 people, handling management, guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, and office services. CBP hires well-qualified, friendly, hardworking and honest people, who for the most part, have extensive knowledge from hotels and management positions, each of them bringing unique and valuable assets to our management system. All of our managers and guest services personnel speak at least English and Spanish.

Strengths

Jeff Hughes brings a wealth of experience in accounting, marketing, business management, and administration. Chris Martin has unique and valuable experience related to the culture and affairs of Mexico, and comes from a background in education and sales. Ash Sartison has vast experience in management and people relations, combined with education and experience in technology and marketing. All three speak fluent Spanish and English, and infuse an energetic, efficient, and highly organized work style into everything they do.
