All members of the CBP staff have great interpersonal skills. They are pleasant, courteous, and speak Spanish/English well. Some have expertise in specific areas such as installing a lock in an owner’s cabinet or providing technical support for WIFI. I find these kinds of “extras” to be invaluable.
